Mamma, I vow on the pains 

that you take just to show me the light,

 on all those heart-wrenching moments

 which have left a deep mark

 somewhere underneath,

 on every tear that you have shed, 

on the creases of your forehead.

 I swear on everything that

 you've lost for my sake; 

I'll ignite myself just to see you glow.
